Emir Brasserie serves the European classics the way they were meant to be — steak and frites, sea bass amandine, slow-roasted duck — cooked simply and generously. White tablecloths, burgundy banquettes and unhurried service, in the middle of the city.

We are a Muslim-owned French restaurant in Singapore, tucked into the Kampong Glam heritage district at 743 North Bridge Road — a few minutes' walk from Arab Street and Sultan Mosque. The kitchen cooks classic French and European brasserie food: halal steak and frites, pistachio-crusted lamb rack, pan-seared seabream and seasonal plates that change with the market.
